Carib Beer Launches in India

This summer, India gets a taste of the Caribbean with the launch of Carib Premium Strong Beer in Uttar Pradesh. Bringing together the vibrant spirit of the islands and India’s shared love for cricket, this premium beer is now available in cities including Lucknow, Noida, Kanpur, Varanasi, Ayodhya, and Prayagraj.

More than just a drink, Carib is an experience—crafted with bold flavours and a lively spirit. It celebrates the connection between the Caribbean and India through cricket, culture, and shared joy. Whether you're catching a game or enjoying a night out, Carib Premium Strong Beer brings island energy to your glass.

Brewed locally and distributed by GLOBUS ANSA Private Limited, a joint venture between Trinidad-based ANSA McAL and India’s Globus Spirits Ltd., the launch marks a new chapter in cultural collaboration and beverage innovation.

Shekhar Swarup, Joint Managing Director, Globus Spirits Ltd., shared,

“At Globus Spirits, we've always believed in crafting experiences that transcend borders—and Carib Premium Strong Beer is a perfect reflection of that belief. This launch is not just about introducing a new beer to India; it's about celebrating the spirit of two vibrant cultures united by their love for cricket, bold flavours, and good times.”

At 8% ABV, Carib Premium Strong Beer has been tailored for the Indian palate—strong yet smooth, with a crisp, floral finish. Priced affordably, it pairs beautifully with India's bold cuisine and is ideal for both seasoned beer lovers and first-time drinkers.

As Carib celebrates 75 years of brewing excellence, this Indian launch is a celebration of unity—across cultures, across borders, and across passions.
