Dana White and fans left confused after Donald Trump posts highlights of 9-11-1 UFC fighter

Donald Trump randomly posted a 6-minute highlight video of Ion Cutelaba this Wednesday morning.
The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has always been a big MMA fan, and was one of the early supporters of the UFC.
Over the last few years, he has been a regular attendee at some of the biggest events the promotion has held, always sitting front row with UFC boss, Dana White.
But this Wednesday morning, Trump left fans and White extremely confused when he posted a six-minute long highlight video of 9-11-1 fighter Ion Cutelaba to his social media.
Even though Trump is known to be a big MMA fan, even he raised eyebrows when he posted a six-minute highlight video of ‘The Hulk’ on his Truth Social account.
Cutelaba has fought 20 times in the UFC, accumulating a losing record of 9-11-1, with his most memorable moments being his rivalry with Magomed Ankalaev.
Despite that, the Moldovan-born light heavyweight does have a win over fan-favorite striker, Khalil Rountree Jr, and it is that fight that Trump included in his highlight video.
When White was asked about Trump’s post following Dana White’s Contender Series this past Tuesday, he gave a confused answer.
“Highlights of what?” White asked.
“No, I didn’t (see that), I didn’t see it no,” he continued.
White wasn’t the only one who was confused, though, as fans took to social media to attempt to decipher why Trump posted Cutelaba highlights.
“Bro, what is going on in America,” one fan commented.
“He thought Cutelaba was Khabib (Nurmagomedov),” another fan joked.
Trump has always been honest when saying that Khabib Nurmagomedov is his favorite fighter ever.
Cutelaba’s last fight came this past June when he was brutally knocked out by Navajo Stirling.
“Trump is losing it so bad that he’s watching Cutelaba highlights,” a third fan said.
“Just laughed so hard,” another fan reacted.
