Does Florida State play today? Schedule, time, channel for next FSU Seminoles football game

Though college football Saturday has a stacked slate of matchups, Florida State is not on it. The Seminoles will take a break after a Labor Day loss.
Florida State has gotten to play twice in front of a home crowd already — the first a 34-17 win over New Mexico State, and the most recent a 27-24 loss to SMU on Monday. Even with a standout performance from sophomore Ousmane Kromah and a couple of interceptions, the Noles couldn't overpower the Mustangs at home.
FSU will be left to marinate in that loss as the team will not be taking the field this weekend. Instead, the Seminoles will rest and prepare for a major matchup next Saturday when they travel to take on Alabama.
Here's everything you need to know about Florida State's next game, including TV channel and streaming options for Seminoles football.
Florida State won't play during Week 2 of the college football season. The Seminoles will return to action against Alabama on Saturday, Sept. 19. The game will be played at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa.
