Douglas GAA members' annual golf fundraiser kicks off on Thursday

It’s a busy time on and off the pitches for Douglas GAA Club.

Some of its members will be swapping hurleys for golf clubs as they will be holding the annual golf classic on Thursday, September 10, and Friday, September 11, at Douglas Golf Club.

Tee-times on the Friday are already booked out, but there are still some available on the Thursday.

Tee box sponsorship plays a vital part in this fundraising initiative, and they can be sponsored for €100.

If you would like to have your company or family name on a tee box see their website for online form, or you can contact Brendan at 087 2273077 or email: [email protected] To enter a team their website.

A club spokesperson said: “Thanks again for your continued support, and we hope to see you on one of the two days.”
