After 10 years in the making, Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will finally share a boxing ring later this year. The British heavyweights and long-time rivals will touch gloves on Friday, December 11, when they fight at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, with tickets available here.
The bout will bring together two world champions who sit among the greatest of the modern era. Fury (36-2-1, 25 KOs) cemented his status when he claimed the WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles by defeating Wladimir Klitschko in 2015.
Joshua (30-4, 27 KOs) won gold in the super heavyweight division at the London 2012 Olympics before turning professional and going on to become a two-time unified heavyweight world champion. December 11 will mark the first time the two have faced each other with fans rushing this afternoon to finally book a seat at the fight after more than 80,000 tickets went on sale.
Ticketmaster launched their tickets for Fury vs Joshua at 12pm on Friday, October 9, and they sold out within minutes. Currently the only way to get tickets from official channels is via VIP and hospitality packages.
