Buffalo's playoff drought finally ended last season, and Sabres fans will hope to see their team take the next step in 2026-27.

There will be a new way to watch the games this season. All of the Sabres' games not selected for exclusive national broadcast will be available to stream regionally on DAZN, the new direct-to-consumer platform for the MSG networks.

In addition to carrying games live and on-demand, DAZN will also have MSG's highlights packages, studio shows, original series and behind-the-scenes content around the Sabres.

Here's everything fans need to know to check out the Sabres' new streaming home.

DAZN (pronounced da-zone) is a sports streaming service that gives fans access to live and on-demand events without needing a traditional cable subscription. Available in more than 200 countries and territories, DAZN initially made its mark through its combat sports coverage, especially boxing, MMA and pay-per-view fight nights.

In 2026, DAZN secured regional streaming rights to several NHL teams' games, including the Sabres, Rangers, Islanders, Devils, Capitals and Kings, along with the Knicks, Nets and additional NBA teams.

One of DAZN’s biggest selling points is convenience. Instead of relying on a cable package or satellite provider, fans can stream DAZN through the app on smart TVs, phones, tablets, computers and connected devices. That makes it easier to watch live sports at home or on the go.

New York sports fans can choose the subscription plan that works best for them, with separate packages for MSG+ and the Gotham Bundle, which also includes YES Network programming.

Monthly and either season-long or annual passes are available for each package, along with individual game passes for MSG+.
