Hull City boss facing difficult selection dilemma for Ipswich Town showdown

Sergej Jakirovic faces another difficult selection dilemma this weekend when Hull City host Ipswich Town, looking to secure a first Premier League win in two months.
Picking his team to face Brentford last weekend was a fairly straightforward task given the performance at Fulham a week earlier, but his players delivered a fine display on Sunday to earn a 1-1 draw, and that presents the Croatian with another challenge.
Does he change anything, or will he keep things as they were? Arguably, his biggest decision comes at the back with the return of Nobel Mendy.
Mendy, the club's record signing, has missed the last couple of games with a hamstring injury but returned to training on Monday and is available.
Lucas Herrington has performed well after coming in to deputise for the Senegal powerhouse, and Jakirovic may opt to stick with the Australian and not rush Mendy back, especially with only one game to come before the next international break.

Sorba Thomas, Brooke Norton-Cuffy and Matt Crooks were all dropped to the bench at the weekend and will be pushing for returns, while Mohamed-Ali Cho impressed in his cameo off the bench.
Jakirovic must decide whether or not to stick with Ryan Giles and Elliot Stroud on the left side, but he could be tempted to bring back Thomas, or hand a first Premier League start to the lively Cho.
Robinio Vaz got himself on the scoresheet on Monday in a behind-closed-doors game at Manchester United, which finished 2-2, while the likes of Lucas Gourna-Douath and Joe Gelhardt also got valuable minutes in their respective comebacks from injury.
Jack Butland is also back in full training after a lengthy spell out injured, and could well return to the squad and provide useful competition for Kostas Tzolakis.
City's predicted XI to face Ipswich Town: Tzolakis, Giles, Herrington, Egan, Ajayi, Coyle, Iroegbunam, Cho, Slater, Belloumi, McBurnie.
