Katie Taylor gives update on what's next for her after emotional Croke Park fight

Katie Taylor says she is most looking forward to having the freedom to do whatever she wants after retiring in style on Saturday night at Croke Park.
The 40-year-old rode off into the sunset in the best way possible as she became an undisputed world champion for a third time with a dominant victory over Flora Pili.
Saturday's event was up there with all the great Irish sporting moments as Taylor showed her class, quality, heart and so much more in front of 83,000 people.
And now she can put her feet up after three decades of dedication to a sport that has brought her everywhere from India to China, Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan, Barbados to Texas, Madison Square Garden to Wembley Stadium and finally Croke Park.
“I certainly have no regrets and when I look back on my whole career, that’s an amazing thing to be able to say,” Taylor said.
“Now I’m going to relax with the family, have a nice celebration and look back at my time in the ring.
“It’s been an amazing career and last night was a dream ending to a dream career. What a way to end!
“I’m retired now, so I can eat all I want! Just be a bit more spontaneous and go away on vacation whenever I want to. I’m looking forward to putting my feet up and relaxing for a while.
“My whole life has been more of a training camp, so it’s been training camp after training camp after training camp.
“I’m actually going to have the freedom to do whatever I want and just enjoy the fruits of the labour, really. I can’t wait for that.”
The Bray Bomber admitted that she would like to stay involved in boxing in some capacity, be it coaching or management, as she tries to persuade her American husband Sean McCavanagh to move to Ireland.
"I'd love to stay involved in boxing in some way," Taylor said. "I am living in Connecticut as well so I don't know how that will work with Irish boxing.
"I'm trying to convince my husband to move back home to Ireland with me. I'm not sure that's going down very well!
"I would love to stay involved in the sport in some way. It would be very strange for me not to be involved since this has been my life for the last 30 years. We'll see what happens."
