Michael ‘Venom’ Page offered first fight outside UFC after leaked email pushed release theories

Michael ‘Venom’ Page is already getting callouts for big name fights after reports emerged of his UFC exit.
Welterweight and middleweight contender Page won again on Saturday night at UFC Paris to close out his promotional contract. It marked his fifth win on the biggest stage in combat sports, with his sole defeat coming to number two contender Ian Machado Garry in a razor-close decision.
'MVP' was not offered a new contract despite winning 5 of his 6 UFC fights.
Page’s issues appear to come from his style forcing opponents to disengage and refuse to go forward, which makes for unintentionally boring fights. He also seems to be at odds with the UFC, and has been placed in less than prominent spots of late.
Should Michael ‘Venom’ Page decide not to re-sign with the UFC, he will certainly have a number of good options for his next fight. One has emerged today on social media as Derek Brunson threw his hat in the ring.
Former UFC star Brunson defeated the likes of Darren Till, Kevin Holland, Lyoto Machida and Uriah Hall during a lengthy run in the middleweight division. He went on to sign with the PFL, but only fought once and has since been unclear about his fighting future.
“What Michael Venom Page doing?!?!” Brunson asked fans in a tweet before sharing an AI poster of the pair with the caption “Two free agents.”
