BRISTOL, Tenn. (WCYB) — NASCAR will not issue penalties to Ryan Blaney or Carson Hocevar following their post-race fight Saturday night at Bristol Motor Speedway. NASCAR CEO Steve O’Donnell later discussed the decision during an appearance on Kevin Harvick’s Happy Hour podcast, saying NASCAR supports drivers settling disputes themselves outside their cars, while drawing a line at crew members becoming involved.
