Newcastle United line-up vs Bournemouth as huge Matias Fernandez-Pardo call made

Newcastle United's new signing Matias Fernandez-Pardo
Newcastle United head coach Matthias Jaissle has a dilemma on his hands today as the weighs up changes to his starting line for the Premier League clash with Bournemouth at St James' Park.
The Magpies are unbeaten in their opening three games of the new season, and head into the match with Cherries on the back of a 2-0 win at Tottenham last weekend.
With no new injury issues, Jaissle would be expected to name an unchanged side, but for the addition of £51m deadline day signing Matias Fernandez-Pardo.
Whether the Belgian forward is ready to start games remains to be seen, but he is expected to be involved in today's lunchtime clash in some form.
Elsewhere, the likes of Sean Steur, Aladji Bamba and Bazoumana Toure are pushing for starts with Nico Gonzalez expected to make his home debut.

Matias Fernandez-Pardo has asked to play through the middle as a centre-forward but I think giving him a taste of St James' Park in a less demanding role on his debut is the best idea, so I'd start him on the left as he gets his bearings.
The back four picks itself after their sturdy and organised display against Tottenham last weekend while the midfield duo of Nico Gonzalez and Lewis Miley are doing well enough to stay together, maybe Sean Steur stars against Millwall in the cup in midweek.
With MFP out wide, keep Joe Willock as the number 10 and Anthony Elanga on the right, with Wissa in attack. This is an important game for Newcastle but at the minute sticking with a similar line-up to Spurs is the right call.
Harvey Barnes, Bazoumana Toure and Jacob Ramsey can be impact substitutes against the Cherries if needed.
My NUFC XI: Hornicek, Dedic, Thiaw, Botman, Hall, Gonzalez, Miley, Fernandez-Pardo, Willock, Elanga, Wissa
It feels like Matthias Jaissle has the basis of a settled team after last week’s win over Spurs and after such a good start to the season it would be mindless to make too many changes to the team.
But the signing of Matias Fernandez-Pardo is very exciting and although Jaissle hinted in his press conference yesterday that he hasn’t played 90 minutes for a while so they need to manage his load I think if he is fit enough to play at least an hour he has to start.
The next question is where he plays. He can play right across the frontline and although people thought he was brought in as a number 10, sources I’ve spoken to in France believe his best position is as a nine. Yoane Wissa was player of the match against Liverpool playing as a 10 so I would drop him back there, start Fernandez-Pardo up front, and Joe Willock would be the unfortunate player to drop out of the side.
My NUFC XI: Hornicek; Dedic, Thiaw, Botman, Hall; Miley, Gonzalez; Elanga, Wissa, Barnes; Fernandez-Pardo
I think it's a really easy selection this weekend. One change - but on the bench, not the starting XI. The arrival of Fernandez-Pardo gives Matthias Jaissle an extra option in attack but he should replace the departed Nick Woltemade among the substitutes for now.
The £51m Belgian will get his chance but after a few days of training, let it be as an impact player in the second half when the game gets stretched. I'd stick with the same starting XI that got three points against Spurs.
My NUFC XI: Hornicek, Dedic, Thiaw, Botman, Hall; Gonzalez, Miley; Elanga, Willock, Barnes; Wissa
It's early days but there is very little reason to change a winning side after the positive result at Spurs . . . so obviously I'm bringing two new players in. The back four and midfield duo worked well at Tottenham, and it wll be interesting to see what Nico Gonzalez can do with more possession, as you would expect United to get at home.
My changes come up top, with Matias Ferndnaez-Pardo coming straight into the side for Joe Willock. He may not be fully up to speed, but everyone is desperate to see what he can do, so let's have an hour of the Belgian please.
It's a tough call, but I would bring in Bazoumana Toure in on the left flank. Bournemouth are good going forward but can be exposed by pace at the back, and I would love to see what the summer signing can do. Harsh on Harvey Barnes, but he's an excellent opttion to come on.
My NUFC XI: Hornicek; Dedic, Thiaw, Botman, Hall; Miley, Gonzalez; Elanga, Wissa, Toure; Fernandez-Pardo
