Premier League: Leaders Manchester City 5-4 for title but pressure increases on Michael Carrick

Manchester City are three points clear at the top of the Premier League thanks to Sunday's 5-3 home win over Sunderland and Enzo Maresca's men are 5-4 to win the title.
Despite Brian Brobbey's hat-trick for Sunderland, City made it five wins out of five in the league under Maresca, capitalising on Arsenal's 3-0 defeat at Brighton on Saturday.
The Gunners remain narrow favourites at 11-10 to retain the title but City go into the three-week international break in high spirits.
The same cannot be said of Manchester United, who needed a deflected 89th-minute strike from Matheus Cunha to pinch a 1-1 draw at Fulham.
A Lisandro Martinez own goal had given winless Fulham the lead and United's listless performance increases the pressure on manager Michael Carrick.
United are out to 50-1 to win the league, from 15-2 at the start of the season, and they are 2-1 to finish in the top four.
Alexander Isak scored the only goal of the game as Liverpool won 1-0 at Bournemouth. Andoni Iraola's Reds are 14-1 to win the league following the victory over his former club.
Leeds remain unbeaten following their 0-0 draw at home to Crystal Palace and they are 17-2 to win their next fixture, away to Arsenal on October 10.

There was a big swing at the head of the title betting with Arsenal 11-10, from 4-6, after their defeat at Brighton and Manchester City cut from 9-4 to 5-4.
Brentford, like Brighton, claimed a statement victory, defeating Chelsea 3-0 on Friday. The Bees are 100-30 to finish in the top four with the Seagulls 3-1.
Coventry beat Nottingham Forest 1-0 on Saturday and their first Premier League win since April 2001 saw them eased slightly from 1-3 to 2-5 for relegation.
The other two promoted teams suffered defeats on Saturday and Hull are 4-6 to go down with Ipswich 10-11.
Tottenham, 50-1 for the drop at the start of term, are 7-1 following their 3-2 home defeat to Aston Villa. Spurs slipped to the bottom of the table when Fulham earned a point on Sunday.

Arsenal lost only five Premier League matches on their way to the title last season and all five defeats were by a one-goal margin.
Saturday's 3-0 loss at Brighton, then, was a massive shock for the champions but the spotlight should be on their opponents.
Fabian Hurzeler's men have scored 23 goals in eight games in all competitions and even dominated Arsenal at corners.
Backers of Brighton in various ante-post markets should not be too concerned about the start of the Seagulls' Conference League campaign on October 15.
They have coped superbly with an early-season injury crisis and Hurzeler's squad will look far deeper next month, when Kaoru Mitoma, Mats Wieffer, Jack Hinshelwood, Yankuba Minteh, Femi Azeez and Lewis Dunk are due to return to action.
Premier League punters have to wait until Saturday, October 10 for the next round of fixtures, starting with Arsenal's home game against Leeds.
When the season resumes, three players worth supporting in goalscorer markets are Everton's Thierno Barry, Ipswich's Leif Davis and Coventry's Bobby Thomas.
Barry is relishing the responsibility of being Everton's only senior striker. He scored once against Ipswich on Saturday, had another effort disallowed and went close with a diving header.
The Frenchman's shooting stats this season are impressive. He has had 17 attempts in five league starts plus ten in two EFL Cup games, scoring a hat-trick against Preston in the first of them.
Ipswich's left-back Davis continues to get into dangerous positions. He scored in his first two away games of the campaign, at Manchester United and Crystal Palace, before missing a good chance at Everton.
Imposing centre-back Thomas scored the goal that sealed Coventry's promotion from the Championship last term. He has had eight attempts at goal in his last three league games – five of them in the 1-0 defeat at Manchester City.
