Qatar Airways and Paris Saint-Germain Launch Fifth Pink October Campaign

Qatar Airways and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have launched their fifth consecutive Pink October campaign, bringing together players, employees, supporters and partners to raise awareness of breast cancer screening and support patients and their families.
The initiative will also raise funds for AP-HP Sorbonne Université Hospital Group, supporting programmes at Tenon AP-HP Hospital and Pitié-Salpêtrière AP-HP Hospital aimed at improving patient care.
Throughout October, the campaign will be visible across PSG’s venues, stores and training facilities through a series of awareness and fundraising activities.
Paris Saint-Germain’s men’s, women’s, handball and judo teams will wear specially designed Pink October jerseys during selected events.
The shirts feature the campaign’s pink ribbon, a pink version of the Qatar Airways logo, and player names and numbers displayed in pink to promote awareness throughout the month.
The jerseys will be worn during:
Supporters attending events will also see dedicated Pink October branding, themed activations and awareness initiatives across club venues.
A limited-edition collection of Pink October jerseys and signed memorabilia from the men’s, women’s and handball teams will be available through PSG’s official stores.
Supporters will also be able to make donations through an in-store giving programme, while jerseys worn during the dedicated Pink October fixtures will be auctioned, with proceeds supporting the campaign.
An online raffle running from 1-31 October will offer supporters the chance to win prizes including signed jerseys, match experiences and gifts provided by PSG partners.
The campaign will extend beyond matchdays, with dedicated Pink October experiences available through PSG Stadium Tours.
On 5 October, La Ligue contre le cancer will host an awareness stand for visitors, while PSG employees will take part in prevention and awareness initiatives at Parc des Princes, the PSG Campus and the club’s headquarters.
Funds raised through the campaign will support programmes led by Tenon AP-HP Hospital and Pitié-Salpêtrière AP-HP Hospital through an agreement with the Paris Saint-Germain Endowment Fund.
The funding will contribute to initiatives including staff training, family-friendly facilities and supportive care services such as adapted physical activity, meditation, beauty care and hairdressing sessions for patients undergoing treatment.
The campaign will conclude on 31 October, with a cheque presentation ceremony scheduled during the Paris Saint-Germain vs Troyes match on 7 November.
The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts by Qatar Airways and Paris Saint-Germain to support breast cancer awareness and patient care through community engagement and fundraising activities.
