SAP Korea Extends Sponsorship of LPGA Star Jeon In-gee

SAP Korea said on the 7th that it has extended its sponsorship deal with LPGA Tour player Jeon In-gee, 32, known as the "Major Queen," through Dec. 31 of next year.

Jeon has won four titles on the LPGA Tour, three of them at major championships. SAP Korea has sponsored her continuously since 2017.

Over the past decade, the company said, it has held design thinking workshops at the SAP AppHaus and worked with Jeon to explore ways to improve her performance using Internet of Things and big data technologies. During an invitational visit to SAP headquarters in Germany, she also volunteered to run a golf clinic for local junior players, the company said.

SAP is a German software company specializing in enterprise applications and business AI.
