There's room at the top in the juvenile colts' division - and these three have the talent to make the jump up

With the Arc and Champions Day still to come, plenty of meat on the Flat season bone remains, but from now on most of my focus is on the future and the two-year-olds.

We will find out who is the champion two-year-old filly at Newmarket on Saturday when the outstanding trio, Sun Goddess, Libertango and Senorita Bonita, take each other on in the Cheveley Park. There is no doubt all three of them would be worthy of that status in any other year given how good they've looked, although Musical Times looked pretty special in the May Hill too.

However, it's all to play for with the colts because I'm not sure I've seen anything I would want to back to win next year's 2,000 Guineas, including Desert Castle, who everyone seems to be talking about.
