Harry Wilson returns with his advice for all nine races on Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe day at Longchamp on Sunday.

12.31 LongchampQatar Prix Marcel Boussac - Criterium des Pouliches (Group 1), 1m

Allela attracted support before winning by four lengths on her debut and was supplemented for this contest after winning the Prix des Aigles in cosy fashion, quickening up late on having had to wait for a gap. She is well related, proven at the distance and could have plenty more to offer.

1.09 LongchampQatar Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere (Group 1), 7f

Avec Toi is considered the best horse his trainer has had and has certainly lived up to expectation, winning his first three starts comfortably before showing a resolute attitude to win the Prix La Rochette under a penalty here last time. That was probably a prep for this and he is expected to take another step forward.

Harry's tip: Time For Sandals

A lower draw is usually preferred, but there is so much pace on that I'm going to hand another chance to Time For Sandals, who is better than she was able to show in the Flying Five last time (challenged on wrong side). She looked unlucky not to win the Nunthorpe before that and is a big player granted luck in running.

3.05 LongchampQatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe (Group 1), 1m4f

I have been trying to find a reason to take on Daryz and I just can't find one. Not only did he look good when winning this last year, but he produced some exceptional sectionals in a couple of Group 1s over shorter in the spring and didn't even need to come off the bridle to win the Prix Foy last time. He is the best horse in the race.

Harry's tip: Pink Panthera

Pink Panthera has run three big races since getting on a sounder surface, going down by just a short neck in the Prix de Diane and a neck in the Prix de Malleret in the summer before returning from a break with another second in the Prix Vermeille. Those were strong races run in good times and she deserves a change of luck.

4.25 LongchampQatar Prix de la Foret (Group 1), 7f

Harry's tip: Thesecretadversary

Thesecretadversary has found his niche at this specialist trip, winning his last four starts over 7f, notably proving too good for reopposing trio True Love, Nighttime and Samangan in the Prix Jean Prat at Deauville in July. He couldn't hold on when setting a solid gallop over a mile last time but will be happier back in trip.

5.00 LongchampQatar Grand Handicap des Flyers Presente Par RMC, 7f

This has the look of a plan for Colombier, who hasn't been seen since catching the eye in sixth in a 7f handicap at Glorious Goodwood in July. He had to wait for room two furlongs out and was then hampered on the rail as he began his challenge but finished strongly once in the clear. This mark is not beyond him.

5.35 LongchampQatar Prix du Festival des Nations, 7f

It looks interesting that connections have opted to supplement Nadir, who has been running well since joining the yard in August, notably being beaten just a length in a 7f handicap at Saint-Cloud last time. He has a nice pedigree and could well have more to offer.

6.05 LongchampQatar Prix de la Place de l'Etoile, 1m2f

Harry's tip: Silent Warning

Silent Warning has shown plenty of promise, winning a couple of starts before losing by just a head in a 1m2f conditions event at Deauville in August. The winner has since gone down narrowly in a handicap off a mark of 95, and this well-related sort could prove better than handicaps.
