UFC 331 preview: Start time, full card and how to watch flyweight title rematch and Arman Tsarukyan’s return

Joshua Van faces Alexandre Pantoja in a five-round double-header in Los Angeles.

Van won the flyweight title from Pantoja just 26 seconds into their previous meeting due to the champion suffering a shocking injury in his fifth defense.

The rivalry that has developed between them ever since has built to September 19, where in the co-main event, Arman Tsarukyan looks to finally earn another title shot.

Here’s everything you need to know before the action gets underway on Saturday night in The Golden State.

The flyweight champion legitimized his reign by beating Tatsuro Taira at UFC 328.

September’s numbered UFC event will follow the same start time pattern that fans have become used to seeing since the start of the year.

However, there is one slight change to watch out for after UFC 331 lost a main card matchup during fight week.

The bout order has been adjusted, with most bouts being moved one spot along, meaning that UFC Fight Pass now shows that the card will start a half hour later than usual in order to accommodate for there being one less matchup.

It’s worth noting that this hasn’t been confirmed across all platforms, so it’s still worth checking the start time for your specific broadcaster.

Despite some sources claiming that a portion of UFC 331 would be airing on CBS, it no longer looks like this is the case at the time of writing.

Therefore, fans shouldn’t expect any significant changes regarding how they can tune in to watch this Saturday’s card.

The UFC may no longer be on PPV in the United States but this isn’t the case for every region, with examples listed below for different regions.

A full list of where to tune in depending on where you’re watching from can be found at UFC.com, though it doesn’t appear to have been updated for this specific card.

The two five-round matchups that will close out the night are sure to generate a lot of interest throughout fight week, but they aren’t the only reasons to tune in this Saturday.

Here’s the full line-up for UFC 331 (subject to change):
