UFC 332 rankings update: Heavyweight and flyweight division’s welcome undefeated stars into top 15

The rankings have been updated following this weekend’s action in Salt Lake City.
This past Saturday, the premier MMA promotion returned to Salt Lake City, Utah, for UFC 332, headlined by a women’s flyweight title fight between Natalia Silva and Wang Cong.
Despite the criticism the card received beforehand, it ended up breaking the UFC record for the most finishes on a single event with 11 from 14 fights.
And now just a few days removed from the spectacular action in ‘The Crossroads of the West’, the META rankings have now been updated and there has been a lot of significant movement.
Explain your pick of the bunch below
With Natalia Silva’s win in the main event against Cong, she has taken her spot atop the women’s 125lb division, while ‘The Joker’ has dropped two places into rank eight. The men’s flyweight division also saw some quite significant movement, too, as Imanol Rodriguez has entered the top 15 at rank 13.
Rodriguez scored the finish over Alden Coria in the first round after landing a brutal body kick that immediately dropped Coria to the ground.
Payton Talbott has also made his way into the bantamweight rankings, debuting at rank 11. That comes after Talbott knocked out Deiveson Figueiredo in 129 seconds, scoring his second win in a row against a former UFC champion.
The lightweight division saw some movement too, as Esteban Ribovics knocked out King Green to take the 40-year-old’s spot at rank 15.
However, it was the heavyweight division which saw the most movement, as two new contenders have joined the top 15 following spectacular wins.
Undefeated star Anthony Wint is now rank number 15 in the division after winning just his second fight in the premier promotion. He is joined in the top 15 by fellow UFC 332 winner, Johnny Walker, who is now ranked at 12 following his devastating knockout over Tom Aspinall’s training partner, Mick Parkin.
The eccentric Brazilian is now just one rank behind his brother, Valter Walker, who he has openly said he would fight in the Octagon if it came to it.
