A third-place finish last time out at the Singapore Grand Prix a fortnight ago means Antonelli now boasts a comfortable 102-point lead over his Mercedes teammate George Russell with just six races of the campaign left. Russell could only muster a ninth-place finish in Singapore after starting at the back of the grid, while Ferrari star Lewis Hamilton also saw his outside hopes of the title dwindle with a frustrating sixth-place finish.
Those results mean Antonelli could clinch his maiden world title this weekend if he wins Sunday’s race, Russell finishes ninth or lower and Hamilton fifth or lower.

Finally, the Apple’s subscription bundle, Apple One, will also get you a 30-day free trial of its TV streaming service.
