Jake Garcia captured his first career NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series victory Thursday night, holding off Bayley Currey to win the UNOH 250 presented by Ohio Logistics at Bristol Motor Speedway. Garcia, driving the No. 98 Quanta/Curb Records Ford, led 104 laps and crossed the finish line 1.305 seconds ahead of Currey after taking control of the race in the closing stages of the 250-lap event.
The 21-year-old Garcia earned the breakthrough win in his 94th career Truck Series start and collected his seventh top-10 finish of the 2026 season. He became the ninth different race leader in a contest that featured five lead changes among four drivers.
Currey matched his best finish of the season with a runner-up result in the No. 5 Toyota, while Stewart Friesen finished third. Series points leader Layne Riggs dominated the opening half of the race, leading 135 laps and sweeping both stages before an incident later in the event derailed his bid for victory.
