Cooper Harvey, son of AFL legend Brent, and contracted veteran Zac Fisher among three Roos axed

North Melbourne have axed the son of a club legend as part of three further list changes following the conclusion of the trade period.
The Kangaroos confirmed father-son recruit Cooper Harvey, Zac Fisher and Luke Urquhart have all been delisted with Fisher let go despite having a year to run on his contract.
Harvey, son of 432-game great Brent, has not been offered a new deal despite playing seven senior games this year.

The 22-year-old played a total of 17 games since arriving at the club with pick No.56 in the 2022 AFL draft.
Fisher joined the Kangaroos at the end of 2023 after 107 games with Carlton and played 18 games in his first season.
But he has since fallen out of favour, managing just seven games in 2025 and only one this year.
The 28-year-old was contracted for the 2027, but the club have let him go to open up an extra list spot for the upcoming drafts.
Urquhart never played a senior game in his two seasons at the club.
“We thank Cooper, Zac and Luke for their commitment and efforts during their time here at North Melbourne,” football boss Todd Viney said.
“We wish them all the very best of luck in their future endeavours.”
North Melbourne landed Nick Blakey in the trade period, and are likely to bring in Elijah Tsatas as a delisted free agent or rookie.
They also traded out Zane Duursma and Josh Goater, while previously announcing the delistings of Callum Coleman-Jones, Brayden George, Robert Hansen jnr and Bailey Scott.
