Dana White highlights loophole that allows him to be involved in Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua

Dana White continues to insist he will be involved in the biggest boxing bout of 2026.
The UFC CEO claims he will promote and produce Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua in Cardiff, Wales, on December 11.
Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has insisted Dana White cannot be involved without breaching a contract.
Netflix has announced that the UFC CEO will co-promote the monumental event in Cardiff – but Eddie Hearn insists that is not happening.
Eddie Hearn claims the deal Anthony Joshua signed bans Zuffa Boxing and TKO from having any involvement in the British blockbuster.
Dana White believes that because his name is not specifically mentioned, he can play a role in the fight.
“I know it says that Zuffa and TKO couldn’t be involved,” the MMA mogul told The Sun.
“But it doesn’t say I can’t be, personally.”
The British Board of Control has named Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom, Frank Warren’s Queensberry, and SELA as the official promoters.
Despite his involvement, White doesn’t expect to be added to the official list of Fury-Joshua promoters.
“That stuff doesn’t matter to me,” he added.
“I’m not concerned with any of that. Is my name on the paper? I don’t give a s—. I am producing this fight, and I’ve been on a PR tour all day. I’ve been talking about this fight since May. I don’t care if my name’s on a piece of paper or contract or any of that kind of s—.
“The reality is that Turki [Alalshikh] wanted me to be a part of this thing. Netflix wanted me to be a part of this thing, and so I am. That’s it. I mean, if they didn’t want me to be a part of it, you wouldn’t see me trying to fight my way into the AJ Fury fight.
“I was asked to do this, and I accepted it.”
